What's changing in uSource?
We are evolving to improve your experience with a refreshed design, removed lesser-used features, and changes on pricing.
On September 1st, we’re removing the following sections:

Sales CRM
- Leads
- Opportunities

Purchasing & Asset Management
- Vendors
- Parts & Supplies
- Supply requests
- Purchase order
- Equipment
This allowed us to focus our attention on the features that you use the most in your daily operations, such as Teams, Projects, Work Orders, Inspections, and Tickets — tools that bring the most value in your business.

How will this affect your data?
Your data from the removed sections will remain safe and accessible.
You can request any records from Sales, Purchasing, or Asset Management by contacting your Customer Success Manager, or email us at help@usource.com.

What should You Do?
We recommend transitioning away from these sections and exporting or downloading any needed data before September 1st. Other than this, no immediate action is required.
Remember: Your data from the removed features will still be accessible at your request.

New Pricing Aligned with New Value
We’ve introduced adjustments to our pricing, which reflect the performance and value of the updated system.
This ensures we can continue delivering better tools and more reliable support for your teams.
